Dear Chris,
Everything received safe and intact on Saturday. I am delighted at the quality of the finished product and am staggered at how well the definition and colour have been reproduced from the cinefilms some of which were taken 50 years ago!
I have been particularly impressed by the professionalism you have shown during my dealings with you – in particular your personal interest in the films and their content in order to be able to organise them into the sequences that were necessary. Its nice to see personal interest shown as opposed to a “conveyor belt” approach to the procedure.
